Hibiscus Schools is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-structured learning environment for all learners. To support this, the school has made available its official policy documents, which guide the relationship between the school, learners, and parents/guardians.

Parent Acknowledgement and Agreement
All parents and guardians are required to review the school policies and complete the Parent Acknowledgement and Agreement. This confirms that the policies have been received, read, and understood.
The signed agreement may be submitted in one of the following ways:
- By emailing a scanned copy of the signed document to the school office.
- By visiting the school office to complete and sign a hard copy.
Parents and guardians will be advised separately of submission timelines where applicable.
